Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Jeenie. This policy governs all subscription purchases made on Jeenie. All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

1. โŒ Subscription Cancellations

  • Jeenie Pro operates on a monthly auto-renewing subscription model.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Settings page.
  • Upon cancellation, you will not be charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
  • Grace Period: You will retain full access to Jeenie Pro features until the end of your currently paid billing period. We do not prorate cancellations mid-month.

2. ๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Eligibility

  • General Rule: Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun, given the instant access to heavy AI computing limits.

3. โš ๏ธ Technical Failures

  • If you are charged but your account is not upgraded to Pro due to a technical error, we will manually resolve the issue and extend your subscription, or issue a full refund.
  • Please contact us immediately with your Razorpay payment details if this occurs.

4. ๐Ÿ›‘ Refunds for Terminated Accounts

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as abusive API usage or sharing accounts), you will not be eligible for a refund of your active subscription.
