Jeenie is an AI-powered educational platform designed to help students build a personal search engine out of their study material. The Service allows users to:

• Upload and ingest PDFs, videos, images, URLs, and text.
• Search across all uploaded material utilizing AI embeddings.
• Play embedded videos starting at the exact timestamp relevant to search queries.
• Obtain AI-generated answers referencing uploaded personal library content.

2. 👤 Eligibility and Accounts

• You register for the Service using your email address.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Sharing account credentials with multiple users is prohibited and may result in subscription termination without refund.

3. 💳 Subscriptions and Billing

• Free Tier: New users start on a Free tier with strict ingestion limits (e.g., 50 items total) to prevent abuse.
• Jeenie Pro: Users may upgrade to a monthly recurring subscription (₹299/month) to access higher limits limit and AI answer functionality.
• Limits: The Pro plan includes generous monthly limits (e.g., 30 long videos and 20 PDFs/month) to ensure sustainable server constraints. Limits reset at the beginning of your billing cycle.
• Payments: All payments are processed through Razorpay.

4. ✅ Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful educational and personal purposes. You must NOT:

• Upload illegal copyright-infringing material that you do not have permission to use for personal study.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or scrape the Jeenie platform.
• Use automated scripts to bypass monthly API consumption limits.
• Exploit vulnerabilities to access data belonging to other users.

5. 🤖 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

⚠️ Important: Jeenie uses generative AI models to provide answers and embed search vectors. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI-generated explanations and summaries may occasionally contain inaccuracies or hallucinations.
• You should always verify critical information against original textbooks or reliable sources.
• We are not responsible for any errors in AI-generated content or decisions made based upon them.

6. 💡 Intellectual Property

• The Jeenie platform, algorithms, design, and code are the intellectual property of Koax Industries OPC Pvt Ltd.
• You retain all ownership rights to the personal documents and videos you upload. By uploading them, you grant us the necessary licenses solely to store, process, and analyze them to provide the Service to you.

7. ⚖️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Pune, Maharashtra.
